Welcome to our FAQ page! We know that planning your experience with Divino involves important questions about the reservation process. Here, you'll find answers to common inquiries regarding booking, cancellation policies, and payment options. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out—we're here to help!
1. 訂七點用餐（或其他時間）I would like to reserve for 7pm (or any other time). 我們的用餐服務分為兩個時段：下午 6:00 和晚上 8:00。每個時段均設有最低消費額，具體金額因餐廳而異。如果您想預訂晚上 7:00 的餐位，則視為佔用兩個時段。請在 InLine 上選擇最適合您的時段，並查看各餐廳在 InLine 頁面上的相關政策以了解更多詳情。如有任何疑問，歡迎隨時發送電子郵件與我們聯繫預訂！ Our dining service is divided into two time slots: 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. There is a minimum spend per person for each time slot, and this minimum charge varies depending on the restaurant you choose. If you wish to book a table at 7:00 PM, it will be considered as occupying both time slots. Please select the time slot that best suits you on InLine, and consult our policies on each of the restaurants' individual InLine pages for more details. You can always email us to make a reservation if you have any questions!
2. 自帶酒水的開瓶費怎麼計費呢？可以開一瓶抵一瓶嗎？How do you charge for corkage fees, if we bring our own wine? Can we bring one bottle for free if we consume one of your bottles? 我們理解您希望自帶美酒搭配餐點享用。為了確保所有賓客都能擁有最佳的用餐體驗，我們收取開瓶費，以涵蓋提供專業酒具及服務人員協助等相關成本。開瓶費為每瓶葡萄酒（750ml）1000 元新台幣，烈酒每瓶 2000 元新台幣。請理解我們不提供任何折扣，感謝您的體諒，期待為您服務。 We understand that you are considering bringing your own wine to enjoy with your meal. To ensure the best dining experience for all our guests, we do have a corkage fee in place. This fee helps cover the costs associated with serving and handling your wine, including providing glassware and the attention of our staff. Our corkage fee is 1000 TWD per bottle for wine (750ml) and 2000 TWD for spirits. We appreciate your understanding that we don’t have any discounts and look forward to serving you.
3. 包廂的低消是？What is the minimum spend for private rooms? 我們的包廂最多可以容納15位賓客。包場低消為50000元 包含酒水、服務費。 Our private room can accommodate up to 15 guests. The minimum spend is 50,000 TWD including drinks and service fees.
4. 慶生的話有什麼壽星優惠嗎？Are there any birthday perks? 目前，餐點沒有任何折扣。不過，如果您點選菜單上的甜點，我們將提供蠟燭、檸檬酒或一杯Moscato給您。 Currently, there are no discounts on the meal. However, if you order a dessert from the menu, we will provide a candle, limoncello or a glass of moscato for you.
5. 我們要慶生，請問可以自備蛋糕嗎？We are celebrating a birthday. Can we bring our own cake? 很抱歉，依據我們的食品安全與衛生規範，餐廳 不接受任何外食，包含生日蛋糕。 感謝您的理解與配合。 Due to mandatory sanitation and food safety regulations, outside food is strictly prohibited, including celebratory cakes. Thank you for your understanding.
6. 請問可以訂位嗎？Can we make a reservation? 有訂位需求請上線上預約系統訂位，如果無法在系統完成訂位，請留言留下您欲預定的日期、時間（六點或八點）、用餐人數以、訂位姓名及手機號碼，我們會盡快為您安排。 Please use our online reservation system to make a reservation If you are unable to complete the reservation online, please sent an email to reserve@divinorestaurants.tw with your preferred date, time (6 PM or 8 PM), number of guests, reservation name, and phone number, and we will arrange it for you as soon as possible.
7. 請問訂位會扣訂金嗎？Do you charge a deposit for reservations? （台北迪維諾餐廳）預訂需提供信用卡授權，但不會預先收取任何費用。不過，如果您在規定時間內取消預訂，系統將收取取消費用，詳情請參閱我們的線上預訂政策。 （台北福可思餐廳）預訂需提供信用卡授權，但不會預先收取任何費用。不過，如果您在規定時間內取消預訂，系統將收取取消費用，詳情請參閱我們的線上預訂政策。 （天母餐廳）：3人以上團體預約需提供信用卡授權，但不會預先收取任何費用。不過，如果您在規定時間內取消預訂，系統將收取取消費用，詳情請參閱我們的線上預訂政策。 (Divino Taipei)We require credit card authorization to complete the reservation process, but no charges will be made in advance. However, a cancellation fee will be charged by the system if you cancel before a certain amount of time, as explained on our InLine policies. (Tianmu): We require credit card authorization to complete the reservation process for parties of 3 people or above, but no charges will be made in advance. 8. 我該如何退還訂金？ How can I receive my deposit back? 訂金恕不退還。我們理解臨時變動或身體不適可能發生，但作為一家小型餐廳，臨時取消可能導致空位無法補上。為避免損失您的訂金，請提前取消或找到其他人代替您的席位。感謝您的理解。 Deposits are non-refundable. We understand that last-minute changes or sickness can happen, but as a small restaurant, late cancellations leave us with empty seats that we may not be able to fill. To avoid losing your deposit, please cancel in advance or find someone else to take your seat. Thank you for your understanding.
9. 請問你們的營業時間？可以訂午餐嗎？What are your business hours? Can we make a reservation for lunch? DiVino Taipei 營業時段為週二到週六18:00-22:30，只提供晚餐服務。 Focoso 營業時段為週三到週日18:00-22:30，只提供晚餐服務。 DiVino Tianmu 營業時段為週三到週日晚餐時段17:30-21:30，以及週日午餐時段12:00-14:00。 DiVino is operating for business from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM. We only serve dinner. Focoso is operating for business from Wednesday to Sunday, 6:00 PM- 10:30 PM. We only serve dinner. DiVino Tianmu is operating for business from Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30 PM- 9:30 PM. We only serve dinner. Lunch Service every Sunday from 12:00 PM - 14:00 PM
10. 我有訂位x月x日六點用餐，因為有事耽誤，想將訂位時間往後延30分鐘／我會遲到15分鐘左右。I have a reservation for 6 PM on X month X day, but I will be late by about 15 minutes / I want to delay my reservation by 30 minutes due to an unexpected event. 感謝您提前告知。這邊跟您說明，我們是分時段用餐，您的座位在八點時段已有客人預訂，所以如果您遲到的話，一樣只能用餐到八點喔，建議您還是盡量準時到場。如果超過半小時入座，則會由廚房為您安排無菜單料理，造成不便請見諒。 Thank you for informing us in advance. Please note that our dining times are divided into time slots, and your table is reserved for another guest at 8 PM. If you are late, your dining time remains until 8 PM. We suggest arriving on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the kitchen will arrange a chef’s choice menu for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
11. 我們吃素，請問可以客製餐點嗎？We are vegetarians. Can we customize our meals? 如果您是吃蛋奶素，我們提供菜單上幾種前菜與pasta菜餚的選擇，目前沒有提供菜單以外的選項與客製化選項，請諒解。 If you are lacto-ovo vegetarians, we offer a selection of appetizers and pasta dishes from our menu. Currently, we do not offer customized options or items outside of our menu. Thank you for your understanding.
