Passionate about surfing, music, yoga, and the simple joys of life, Enrico brings a work-hard, play-hard philosophy to his leadership. Creating a small, streamlined team, his passion for simplicity is reflected in the hearty and incredible dishes served at Divino. The journey to Divino began in 2016, a crossroads in Enrico's life, leading him to build a culinary haven in Taiwan with his then-girlfriend, now-wife. Enrico loves the constant growth and change at Divino, always striving to improve and evolve. From starting as a Sous Chef at DiVino Taipei to Chef and Partner at Focoso Taipei, Luc brings his culinary expertise to the forefront at Divino. Luc calls Taiwan home, and he speaks both Chinese and English fluently. He is passionate about food and music, and these seemingly disparate elements inspire his culinary creations, turning each ingredient into a note in a symphony of flavors. Drawn to Divino by the desire to cook "real" food, Luc loves the artistry of cooking, where each ingredient is like a note and the kitchen is his studio for creating hundreds of songs. Luc loves Divino's close-knit team and familial atmosphere, and he feels at home here, where every dish is crafted with precision and care. She is passionate about activities that seek love, beauty, and creativity, and she thinks these ideas align perfectly with the hospitality industry, which she tries to do by creating beautiful memories for those she serves. Destiny brought Anouk to the restaurant industry, where she embraces the challenges as its defining beauty. Divino, to her, is a magical place that invites her on an adventure to connect with people and explore herself. If she were an Italian wine, Anouk would be a Pinot Noir—rooted in the land of Italy, breaking boundaries, presenting a character that is smooth, elegant, and exquisitely profound. From part-time front staff to the dynamic role of Focoso’s manager, Petra Wiesinger brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Divino team. Petra has worked at two of our restaurants. She is fluent in four languages, which helps her to effortlessly connect with our diverse clientele. Passionate about handcrafting and art, Petra infuses creativity, time management, and organizational skills into our daily operations. Drawn to Divino during a working holiday in Taiwan, Petra finds excitement in the unpredictable nature of each day, cherishing the opportunities and challenges it brings. Inspired by the creative and passionate team at Divino, Petra thrives in an environment where every day is an adventure. If Petra were an Italian wine, she would be Etna Wines—an introvert with a soft core, drawn to the sea, and occasionally revealing a temperament resembling a volcano.

Passionate about pool and golf, these activities contribute to his decision-making skills, enhancing his performance at work. Joining Divino as a part-timer while studying, William loves the everyday routines that allow for improvisation, adding color to his days. Divino, to him, is a limitless space for growth, where everyday challenges are embraced. If he were an Italian wine, William would be Amarone—a product of fermentation mistake turned into a celebrated wine. Inspired by mistakes, William believes they motivate him to become a better version of himself, knowing that every mistake contributes to future successes.

From dishwasher to management, Rob brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for service. Rob has worked at two of our restaurants and is currently serving at the flagship location. Originally on a path to medicine in Honduras, he found his true calling in the smiles of satisfied customers. Fluent in four languages, Rob effortlessly bridges language gaps, ensuring a warm connection with every guest. Rob finds inspiration in the ever-changing landscape of the food and beverage industry, and he loves creating memorable experiences for guests. He also cherishes the camaraderie within the Divino team, saying that he feels lucky to work with every staff member. If he were an Italian wine, Rob would be Parusso Franciacorta because, in his words, "There's no party without bubbles."
